Beginner At Home Workout

A lot of us are feeling the effects of the virus in different ways at this stage. I know a lot of you will be itching to get out and get active but if you do have to isolate, lets play it safe and do what we can to slow down this spread. Stay safe and stay sensible!

In the meantime, here's a quick, no-equipment, beginner's workout that anyone can do. 1 Round will give you a 15 min workout, 2 rounds a 30 min workout and to be honest, I think any more rounds will get boring!

If you are doing 2 rounds - do 2 round of each block before moving on to the next. Enjoy!
